How to exchange an Item
To initiate your exchange request, please fill out the following form and click the ‘Submit’ button.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions:
Return the item to the Ad It Up office.
Ensure the item is unused and in like-new condition.
Items cannot have pet hair, smoke odor, or any other damage.
Include all original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
